We manufacture, supply, and export pulverizers and related process equipment — think Pin Mills, Universal Mills, Ultrafine Grinders, Tray Dryers, Salt Refinery Machinery, and bulk material handling systems — from our facility in Phase IV, GIDC Industrial Estate, Vatva. Over the years, we've installed more than 5,000 machines across India, serving industries as varied as spice processing, grain milling, salt refining, herbal manufacturing, and animal feed production. Quality isn't a final inspection step for us — it starts at the drawing board. Our design department prepares detailed drawings for every equipment and component, noting every critical dimension and material of construction. Nothing moves to production until the department in-charge has reviewed and approved those drawings. It's an extra layer of discipline, but it's the reason our machines don't develop the kind of tolerance issues that show up months down the line on cheaper equipment.
With over two decades of experience designing size reduction equipment to Indian standards, our team can also work to DIN or BS specifications when a customer's project — often an export order — calls for it. Once a machine is built, our inspection facility checks dimensions and hardness in-house, and for chemical or metallurgical testing, we work with standard-certified test houses rather than cutting corners. We're also working toward ISO 9000 certification, formalizing practices we've followed informally for years.
We set up our demonstration room so customers aren't buying equipment on faith. Bring in your own raw material, and we'll run it through the relevant machine right there.
