Looking for a Spice Processing Plant That Handles Chilly, Turmeric, and Bulk Grinding Without Losing Flavour?
Spice processing is one of those industries where a single bad batch of equipment can cost you more than money — it costs you flavour, colour, and reputation. Premium Pulman has been building spice processing plants for over two decades out of our Ahmedabad facility, and we've learned that the details manufacturers overlook — heat build-up during grinding, inconsistent particle size, cross-contamination between batches — are exactly the details that determine whether a spice processor thrives or struggles.
Our spice processing plants are engineered for exactly this. Whether you're running a small commercial operation or a full-scale export unit, we design the system around your material and your output targets, not the other way around.
What's Included in Our Spice Processing Plant
A complete spice processing plant from Premium Pulman typically combines several purpose-built machines working as one system:
Chilly Grinding System
engineered specifically for dry red chilly, where retaining colour and pungency matters as much as fineness
Turmeric Processing Plant
built to handle turmeric's moisture content and oil release without clogging or caking
Commercial Spice Grinder Machine
a flexible unit for mixed-spice operations needing quick change overs between products
We size and configure these based on your daily throughput requirements — anywhere from small commercial batches to continuous, high-volume production lines.

Working Principle
The spice processing plant works on a straightforward but carefully engineered sequence: raw or pre-cleaned spice is fed into the primary grinding unit, where high-speed impact or hammer action reduces particle size. Where cooling is required — chilly and turmeric being the most heat-sensitive — jacketed systems draw heat away from the grinding chamber during operation. Ground material then passes through a screening stage to separate output by mesh size, with oversized particles routed back for further grinding. The result is a consistent, uniform product batch after batch, without the flavour loss that comes from over-processing or heat exposure.
Why Choose Premium Pulman for Your Spice Processing Plant
We're not assembling generic mills and calling them a spice line. Every spice processing plant we build reflects more than 20 years of understanding how different spices actually behave under mechanical stress — something you only learn from installing thousands of machines across real production environments. The quality control that we conduct within our premises ensures that all the units are checked for their precision before they are shipped to you, and the demonstration room will give you the opportunity to test out your chilli, turmeric, or spice mix on it.
