Ultrafine Pulverizer

Looking for Even Finer, Higher-Volume Output Than a Standard Micro Pulverizer Can Deliver?

When your production demands push beyond what a micro pulverizer handles — either in fineness, in volume, or both — the Ultrafine Pulverizer is the equipment built to close that gap.

Premium Pulman has manufactured ultrafine pulverizers for over two decades, and this remains one of the machines we're most frequently asked about by processors whose products depend on the finest possible particle size at industrial-scale volume.

High-Volume Ultra-Fine Grinding

Combining Ultra-Fine Output With Industrial Throughput

The challenge with ultra-fine grinding has always been volume — pushing particle size down to its finest limits typically comes at the cost of throughput. Our Ultrafine Pulverizer is engineered to minimize that trade-off, delivering the kind of fineness demanding applications require while still supporting the production volumes industrial operations depend on.

High-Capacity Micro Rotor

Engineered for maximum air volume and particle collision energy at industrial scale.

Jacketed Water Cooling

Dual-jacketed chamber wall dissipates high friction heat during 24/7 continuous runs.

VFD Air Classifier

Dynamic variable speed classifier ensures 99.9% pass rate at target micron size.

Extensively used in spice export lines, mineral processing, pigments, and pharma plants.

ENGINEERED FOR EXCELLENCE

Technical Specifications

Our Ultrafine Pulverizers are available across a range of capacities suited to high-volume industrial operations, with construction options in mild steel or stainless steel depending on your material and hygiene requirements. Rotor speed, classifier configuration, and screen mesh are all precisely adjustable to achieve consistent ultra-fine output, and jacketed cooling systems are available for heat-sensitive materials requiring careful temperature control during sustained high-speed grinding.

Ultra-fine particle size output without sacrificing production volume

Jacketed cooling options for heat-sensitive material processing

Precisely adjustable classifier and rotor settings for consistent fineness

Suited to spice, chemical, mineral, and pharmaceutical fine grinding applications

Durable construction built for continuous, high-volume industrial use

Working Principle

Material enters the grinding chamber, where high-speed rotor action combined with a finely tuned classifier system reduces particle size to the ultra-fine range required. Where continuous high-speed operation risks heat build-up, jacketed cooling manages chamber temperature throughout the cycle. Ground material passes through the classifier, with correctly sized ultra-fine particles separated out and oversized material cycled back into the grinding chamber until the entire batch reaches the target fineness — all while maintaining the throughput volume industrial operations require.

Why Choose Premium Pulman for Your Ultrafine Pulverizer

Delivering both fineness and volume at once is a genuinely difficult engineering balance, and it's one we've refined over two decades of manufacturing size reduction equipment for demanding industrial clients. Every unit goes through our in-house design review and dimensional inspection process before shipment from our Ahmedabad facility. If your product requires ultra-fine grinding at real production scale, bring your material to our demonstration room to see the output for yourself.

FAQs

The Ultrafine Pulverizer is engineered to support higher production volumes while still achieving ultra-fine particle size, making it a better fit for larger-scale operations than the micro pulverizer.

Not necessarily — it depends on whether your specific material is heat-sensitive. We can advise on whether cooling is needed based on your application.

Spice processing, chemical manufacturing, mineral processing, and pharmaceutical applications are common users of ultrafine pulverizing equipment.
