Working Principle

Wet material is spread evenly onto the stainless steel trays and loaded into the cabinet racks. Once sealed, electric or steam heating coils warm the air stream. The circulation blower forces this hot air horizontally over the surface of each tray, picking up moisture before recirculating back through the heater bank, with humid air vented out damper ports.
