Micro Pulverizers offered by us are available in various capacity versions which are suitable for fine grinding applications at an industrial/commercial level, and are available in construction material of mild steel or stainless steel, as required. Speed of rotor, screen mesh and classifier settings are accurately controlled to obtain desired micron size of particles, and cooling provision may also be provided if necessary.

Working Principle

The material is introduced into the grinding chamber where high speed rotor action coupled with classifier adjustment results in breakdown of the material to the desired micron level of fineness. The ground material then goes through the classifier stage where the particles that have been reduced to the desired level are separated from the rest. This tight control loop is what allows the micro pulverizer to deliver the precision that general-purpose pulverizers aren't built for.
