Cattle Feed Plant

Struggling to Produce Cattle Feed Pellets That Maintain Nutritional Uniformity and Don't Crumble in Transport?

Cattle feed manufacturing requires precise mixing of grains, oil cakes, minerals, and supplements — followed by pelleting that creates durable, digestible feed without nutrient degradation from excess processing heat.

Premium Pulman's Cattle Feed Plant is engineered to deliver this exact balance of mixing accuracy, grinding consistency, and pellet durability, backed by over two decades of feed machinery manufacturing experience out of Vatva, Ahmedabad.

Turnkey Feed Processing

Complete Integrated Feed Milling Line

A complete cattle feed manufacturing setup integrates raw material intake, heavy-duty hammer mill grinding, precise batch mixing, conditioning, pelleting, and cooling into a continuous automated workflow. Each component is engineered to handle diverse feed ingredients — from tough oil seed cakes and grains to liquid molasses additions — ensuring consistent pellet quality and high daily production tonnage.

Raw Material Hammer Mill

Heavy-duty impact grinding breaks down grains, maize, and DOC oil cakes into uniform mash.

Precision Batch Mixer

Ribbon or paddle agitators homogenize micro-ingredients, vitamins, and minerals thoroughly.

Ring Die Pellet Press

High-pressure extrusion die forms dense, durable pellets that resist crumbling during transport.

Scalable solutions from 1 TPH small feed plants to 20+ TPH commercial feed mills.

ENGINEERED FOR EXCELLENCE

Technical Specifications

Our Cattle Feed Plants are custom-designed based on target daily output tonnage, feed formulation specifications, and available plant layout space. All structural frames use heavy-grade mild steel or stainless steel, with hardened alloy components for high-wear grinding and die extrusion stages. Electrical control panels include automated batching controls for consistent ingredient ratios.

Silent Features

Automated batch weighing and mixing for consistent feed nutritional ratios

Steam conditioning units improve starch gelatinization and pellet binding

Heavy-duty alloy ring dies engineered for high wear resistance

Counterflow cooler & screener ensures dust-free, durable pellet output

Low energy consumption per ton reduces long-term operational costs

Working Principle

Raw ingredients (grains, oil cakes, bran) are elevated to a hammer mill for size reduction into uniform mash. The ground mash moves to a precision batch mixer where vitamins and liquid additives are incorporated. The homogeneous mixture passes through a steam conditioner to soften raw fibers before entering the pellet press. High-pressure rollers force material through ring die perforations, producing dense feed pellets which are cooled and screened prior to bagging.
