Working Principle
Raw ingredients are loaded into the top charging port. As the heavy horizontal rotor turns, counter-pitched paddles or inner/outer ribbons sweep material back and forth horizontally while lifting it vertically into a fluidized mixing zone. Once uniform dispersion is verified, the drop-bottom door opens pneumatically, dropping the batch instantaneously into a surge hopper below.
