Working Principle

Carcass waste passes through a heavy primary crusher to reduce bone size. The crushed material is loaded into a steam-jacketed cooker for thermal sterilization and moisture evaporation. Melted tallow fat is drained off, and the remaining dry solid cracklings pass through a screw press for secondary oil removal. The defatted cake is pulverized into fine Meat & Bone Meal (MBM) and bagged for fertilizer or feed use.
