Working Principle
Material is loaded into the blender's horizontal trough, where a rotating shaft fitted with inner and outer helical ribbons moves material simultaneously toward the center and toward the ends of the trough. This dual-direction folding action continuously redistributes material throughout the mixing cycle, breaking up any pockets of inconsistency far more effectively than single-direction mixing methods. Once the target blend uniformity is achieved, the mixed material is discharged for packaging or further downstream processing.
